Air Disinfection, Built on Decades of Research

Applied Photonix is a Florida company with one goal: make the air inside buildings safer to breathe. Our technology grew out of 28 years of photonic and plasmonic research led by Dr. D. Yogi Goswami.

ViroZap is what came out of that work. It installs inside a building's HVAC system and disinfects the air as it circulates. Every space the system serves gets cleaner air, with no unit sitting in the corner of the room.

That matters at a green building show. Efficient buildings recirculate air to save energy, which means the same air keeps moving past the same people. ViroZap is pressure-drop neutral, so it cleans that air without making the fans work harder. No UV-C. No ozone. Fewer filter changes.
